  • 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 12 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by prepping your ingredients. Gather all your components and ensure the cream cheese is softened.
  2. Crumble the feta cheese into smaller pieces and mince the garlic. Finely chop the fresh herbs to maximize their flavor.
  3. In the bowl of your food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of black pepper.
