- 4 oz full-fat cream cheese (or Greek yogurt/Ricotta)
- 2–3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by prepping your ingredients. Gather all your components and ensure the cream cheese is softened.
- Crumble the feta cheese into smaller pieces and mince the garlic. Finely chop the fresh herbs to maximize their flavor.
- In the bowl of your food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of black pepper.
- Secure the lid of the food processor. Process the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, taking about 3-5 minutes. Scrape down the sides as necessary to achieve even consistency.
- Taste the mixture and adjust flavors as needed. Add more lemon juice, salt, or olive oil to your preference, then pulse to mix.
- Transfer the dip into a serving bowl, drizzle generously with honey, and sprinkle with reserved fresh herbs. Add a splash of olive oil for that extra touch of flavor.
