Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave the mixture on high for 1 minute.
  3. Stir the ingredients until melted and well combined.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and nuts, if desired, stirring until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes until set.
  7. Once set, cut the fudge into squares and serve.

Notes

For an enhanced flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of sea salt or a drizzle of melted chocolate on top when serving.
