- 2 cups peaches (fresh or frozen, pitted, peeled, and sliced)
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- ½ tablespoon cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 2 tablespoons butter (salted or unsalted)
- 2 tablespoons granulated white sugar
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400℉.
- Combine the peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a medium sauté pan over medium heat. Stir well.
- Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes until the peaches soften.
- Mix the butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and flour in a bowl using a pastry cutter until crumbly.
- Fill the two 7-ounce ramekins with peach filling and top with crumble.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the top is lightly browned.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
