  • 2 tablespoons butter (salted or unsalted)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated white sugar
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400℉.
  2. Combine the peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a medium sauté pan over medium heat. Stir well.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes until the peaches soften.
  4. Mix the butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and flour in a bowl using a pastry cutter until crumbly.
  5. Fill the two 7-ounce ramekins with peach filling and top with crumble.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the top is lightly browned.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
