Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the loaf of French bread into 1-inch cubes.
- Place the bread cubes in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole milk and heavy cream.
- Add granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt to the milk mixture.
- Whisk the mixture until well combined.
- Pour the milk mixture over the bread cubes.

- Let the bread soak for about 20 minutes.
