A hearty meatloaf inspired by the iconic Philly cheesesteak, combining bold flavors and comfort.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or provolone)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, diced onion, diced bell pepper, minced garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
