Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or provolone)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, diced onion, diced bell pepper, minced garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For added moisture, consider lightly sautéing the vegetables before mixing. Don’t forget to let the meatloaf rest after baking for better slicing.
