Description

A delightful and healthy twist on the classic banana pudding, packed with protein and flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ⅔ cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt (150g)
  • ⅓ cup Whey Vanilla Protein Powder (30g)
  • 4 tsp Banana Cream Flavor Instant Pudding Mix (11g, sugar-free)
  • 2 tsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (10ml)
  • 34 Crushed Vanilla Wafers (preferably sugar-free, 14g)
  • ½ Medium Banana (sliced, 60g)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder, banana cream flavor pudding mix, and almond milk until smooth.
  2. Add milk gradually, a little at a time, until you reach a pudding-like consistency.
  3. Begin assembling the layers in a jar, starting with a layer of pudding mixture.
  4. Follow with a layer of crushed vanilla wafers and then a layer of banana slices.
  5. Repeat the layers until the jar is filled with two layers of each element.

Notes

Use freshly sliced bananas to prevent browning. Coat banana slices in lemon juice if preparing ahead of time.
