Instructions
- Start by preparing your brewed coffee or espresso and let it rest.
- In a small saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat until hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Once heated, use a whisk to froth the milk mixture until itβs creamy and slightly thickened.
- Pour the hot coffee into your favorite mug and add the frothed pumpkin mixture on top.
- Top with whipped cream if desired and sprinkle with extra cinnamon or nutmeg for a final touch.
