- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup corn
- 2 cups cooked rice

- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground venison in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, corn, cooked rice, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
