- 4–5 pounds beef roast
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup red wine
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the mixture all over the beef roast.
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and sear the roast on all sides until browned.
- Transfer the roast to a baking dish and pour beef broth and red wine around it.
- Cover with foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 90 to 120 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
