Description

Delicious rosemary garlic steak kebabs with marinated steak, cherry tomatoes, and baby potatoes for a perfect summer meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 lb Baby potatoes
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into cubes and place in a bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the steak and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated steak, baby potatoes, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
  6. Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your liking and the potatoes are tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your summer meal!

Notes

For extra char and flavor, consider adding bell peppers or zucchini to the skewers. Letting the steak marinate overnight enhances the flavor.
