Delicious rosemary garlic steak kebabs with marinated steak, cherry tomatoes, and baby potatoes for a perfect summer meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 lb Baby potatoes
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- 4 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the steak into cubes and place in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the steak and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated steak, baby potatoes, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your liking and the potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy your summer meal!
Notes
For extra char and flavor, consider adding bell peppers or zucchini to the skewers. Letting the steak marinate overnight enhances the flavor.
