Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add in the steak cubes, cherry tomatoes, and baby potatoes to the marinade. Toss everything to ensure the marinade coats all the ingredients evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
