  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup spinach (fresh)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing it to a simmer. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach is wilted.
  4. Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken and Parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
