- 1 cup spinach (fresh)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing it to a simmer. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach is wilted.
- Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken and Parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat everything evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
