Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Thinly slice the cucumbers using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a bowl, mix the vinegar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Toss the cucumber slices in the vinegar mixture until well coated.
- Spread the cucumber slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for about 120-180 minutes, or until the chips are crispy.
