Description

Delicious sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast roll-ups wrapped in flaky crescent dough, perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 8 sausage links
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese, halved
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat the eggs, setting aside 2 tablespoons for brushing later. Scramble the remaining eggs over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into eight individual triangles.
  4. Place half a slice of Cheddar cheese on each triangle.
  5. Spoon a small portion of scrambled eggs onto each triangle, then add one sausage link.
  6. Roll the dough around the sausage and eggs, tucking in the sides slightly. Place each roll-up on an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops of each roll-up with the reserved beaten egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.

Notes

These roll-ups can be customized with different types of sausage or cheese. Try adding vegetables for extra flavor.
