Delicious sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast roll-ups wrapped in flaky crescent dough, perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch.

- 5 large eggs
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 8 sausage links
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese, halved
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Beat the eggs, setting aside 2 tablespoons for brushing later. Scramble the remaining eggs over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into eight individual triangles.
- Place half a slice of Cheddar cheese on each triangle.
- Spoon a small portion of scrambled eggs onto each triangle, then add one sausage link.
- Roll the dough around the sausage and eggs, tucking in the sides slightly. Place each roll-up on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of each roll-up with the reserved beaten egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
Notes
These roll-ups can be customized with different types of sausage or cheese. Try adding vegetables for extra flavor.
