Delicious shredded rotisserie chicken sliders perfect for game days or gatherings, layered with creamy fillings and melty cheese.

- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls are best)
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Slice the slider buns horizontally to separate tops from bottoms.
- Place the bottom halves of the buns in the prepared baking dish.
- Mix the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
- Layer the cheese slices over the chicken mixture.
- Close the sliders with the top halves of the buns.
- Mix the melted butter with parsley and poppy seeds, if using.
- Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the buns.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes.

Feel free to customize your sliders with different cheeses or additional ingredients like jalapeños or sautéed onions.
