Ingredients

- Garlic cloves, minced
- Ginger, grated
- Honey or brown sugar
- Chicken broth or stock
- Chopped vegetables (like bell peppers and carrots)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: chopped peanuts, green onions, or cilantro
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and chicken broth in a bowl.
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker and pour the peanut sauce over it.
- Add the chopped vegetables surrounding the chicken.
- Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
