- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk

- 1 cup teriyaki sauce (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, milk, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs in a slow cooker and pour teriyaki sauce over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles, or with toothpicks as appetizers.
