- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture.
- Fold in the diced peaches until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
