Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil, flattening them slightly.
  4. Fry each fritter for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve warm.
