Ingredients

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

- 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk and egg, then add to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon.
- Roll the warm donut bites in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve and enjoy!
