- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 jar (16 ounces) pepperoncini peppers

Instructions
- Place the chuck roast in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus mix evenly over the roast.
- Add water and the jar of pepperoncini peppers (with juice) on top.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Shred the meat with two forks and serve with the cooking juices.
