  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Grate the yellow squash and place it in a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. Combine the drained squash, cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into small tots and place them on a baking sheet or directly in the frying pan.
