Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini, grated
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  2. In a bowl, combine grated zucchini, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the zucchini mixture into the hot oil and flatten slightly.
  5. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm.
