Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your air fryer according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Combine the shredded zucchini, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, chopped herbs, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, ensuring that every ingredient is evenly distributed.
- Form the mixture into small bites or patties of your desired size.
- If baking, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. If air frying, place them in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve warm with marinara dipping sauce.
