  • 3 tablespoons cucumber water
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Chili flakes to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Combine mashed potatoes, eggs, parsley, cornstarch, and Gouda cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir until well blended, using your hands if necessary for even texture.
  4. Form the mixture into sticks or desired shapes, ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
  5. Line them on a baking sheet and brush the tops with oil.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
