Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl until evenly combined.
- Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Beat the egg and whisk in the milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.

- Roll out to about 1-inch thickness.
