Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into egg-shaped balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
- Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely, and then place back on the baking sheet.
- If desired, add food coloring to the remaining chocolate before dipping for a festive look.
- Top with sprinkles for extra decoration.
