- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Stir in the grated zucchini.
- Gradually, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy as a side or snack!
Notes
Squeeze out excess liquid from grated zucchini for better texture. Store in the freezer for future use.
