Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Assorted vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions) for sides

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Rub the beef roast with olive oil and season it with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the seasoned roast in a roasting pan.
  4. Pour beef broth into the pan around the roast.
  5. Add your choice of vegetables around the roast for sides.
  6. Cover with foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 3-4 hours or until tender.
  7. Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
