Ingredients

- 3–4 lb beef roast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup beef broth
- Assorted vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions) for sides
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Rub the beef roast with olive oil and season it with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Place the seasoned roast in a roasting pan.
- Pour beef broth into the pan around the roast.
- Add your choice of vegetables around the roast for sides.
- Cover with foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 3-4 hours or until tender.
- Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
